As we move into March many are starting to see their New Years resolutions start to fade behind them as they find their short term diet wasn’t working to their long term benefit. Long term health is so important and I believe that with the right motivation, sticking to a new diet and lifestyle is easier than you might think. Motivation is often the missing factor, motivation that comes from knowing why you are making the changes you are. I hope that my four part series looking into the impacts of the animal agriculture industry can help provide that motivation.
