No Bullsh*t Health and Wellness Coaching
Currently accepting new clients.
Due to the external influences in our life from stress and environmental factors, many of us have lost touch with our health, passion, joy, and happiness.
We all have been led to believe that a variety of quick fixes, diet fads will solve all of our problems. To bad most fads leave people disappointed in the long run, and the research is clear, most fads fail people. This is why I take a holistic and evidenced based approach that requires dedication, desire, and perseverance. Quick fixes are for suckers who lack dedication. Do another quick fix…fail and then come back and lets get started on changing your life for the long term!!
Part of the work we’ll do together is get to the root causes of the issues at hand. All clients will get an in depth consult that will allow us to dig deeper than any one size fits all plan.
Let’s look at a few commonly missed factors which can affect your overall health and that are incorporated into every meeting.
Inflammation Lowering: Studies show that healthy eating lowers inflammation via a variety of biochemical pathways. Inflammation is a driving force for a variety of diseases. Eating whole foods has been proven to reduce inflammation and a wade range of herbal medicines can help maximize your healing. This can potentially help reverse the course of a lifestyle disease or can improve your health so that you can take your performance to the next level.
Microbiome supporting: Gut microbes love fiber and they use it to produce short chain fatty acids. Short chain fatty acids are beneficial for multiple parts of our body, especially our nervous system. Maintaining a healthy microbiome is essential for overall health. Most Americans are extremely fiber deficient, which means their gut microbiome is unhealthy.
Holistic and Integrative: There is no diet in the world that will shield you from the damage of a poor lifestyle. When I work with my clients, lifestyle factors are not left out. From sleep to physical activity (I also bring personal training experience), we will look at a variety of factors. Part of working with me will include prioritizing which changes will work best for you.

What to expect:
All of my clients will complete an extensive intake process. They allow me to get a full understanding of what your unique circumstances are and differentiate my services from the numerous fad fitness plans that you can find online.
The intake process allows me to understand your unique needs so we can plan appropriately. It give me the ability to do what other health coaches can’t; assess your medical nutrition needs so that diet and supplement interventions are tailored to you. Working with me is far and above any fad diet out there. Ever been on some fad diet and only at the end of it did the coach or trainer finally ask the right questions, the ones they should have spent more time asking on day one? Often this is a business tactic to get you to buy more of their service. When we work together we work to get to the root issues right away so you can make the changes you need to feel your best. From there we work on changing your mindset so you can make lasting changes that allow you to thrive and feel passion and joy in your life!
All of my clients receive:
My unconditional respect that is free of judgement, or discrimination. I am no bullsh*t but i am not without respect, compassion, and understanding to your unique circumstances and value as a person.
You will also receive a summary after each meeting so you know what you need to work on with additional resources when necessary.

Testimonials:
“I am so glad I found Jason, and I strongly recommend him. If you find yourself seeking a health change, clarification, or focus, he is a great coach and nutritionist. I had been trying to make health changes, and I tried all the big diets out there but never got any traction. They had cookie-cutter packages and generic answers. I was nearing the end of my rope when I found Jason and reached out. Jason helped me identify my limiting beliefs and doing so gave me the power to finally make the changes i was struggling so hard to make. He challenged some old ideas and limiting thoughts I had, and this is just what I needed. I ended up loving his style and support, and I will work with Jason to continue growing” -Jane L
“Jason is great and I would highly recommend working with him. He was very helpful helping me see how my thoughts were limiting my success. for my last round of interviews and I ended up getting the job. I think what differentiates Jason as a coach is his ability to build on each coaching session and go deeper into what really leads to change.” -Rhona H
“He was able to provide great interview prep, however I think his career advice and experience from working with other clients kept me coming back. He challenged me to improve and I will be forever grateful.” -Nate M
“If only everyone could have this opportunity. Truly, that is the way I feel about this coaching experience. Often, I get stuck in my day to day activities. When stuck, I get overwhelmed. Jason understood how to provide action items I could easily implement into my already busy life.” -Juan S
“Jason gave me some wonderful ideas for meeting my goals, but I think the biggest benefit is that I have been working on living in the present moment, instead of worrying about what might happen in the future and letting it completely demotivate me. This has been a game-changer for me! I am already feeling more content and joyful about my day-to-day life.” -Sonia F
